Karaka Netball Club is a long established and successful part of the wider sporting facility at the Karaka Sports Park. 

At Karaka we believe that Netball is a great sport for developing team spirit, mental resilience and a way to stay active. We also believe that netball is an opportunity to create a place of belonging, making new friends and having a safe space to learn and grow.

We currently compete on Saturdays at the Papakura Netball centre located at Bruce Pulman Park, Papakura. The netball season runs from approximately March to mid-August.

Karaka Netball caters for a wide range of players - from Future Ferns to Senior levels.

Future Ferns - Years 3/4

Junior - Years 5/6

Intermediate - Years 7/8

Under15/Collegiate - Years 9/13

Senior - Age 16+

Karaka Netball welcomes new members and we particularly wish to grow the club with more younger players, we see them as the future of the club. Karaka Netball supports the players and teams by providing mentoring, uniforms and opportunities to develop advanced netball skills.
